Haven Content and Reporting Policy
Search results and the social features in the Haven application are provided as a service by the OB1 Company. We remove listings and social posts for a variety of reasons listed in the content guidelines below. This system is a combination of automatic monitoring of content as well as responding to user-submitted reports.
Listings which are illegal to sell or purchase in the United States will be removed from search results. Listings with pornographic images or graphic violence will be removed. Listings that are fraudulent or misleading will be removed.
The OB1 Company will remove any listings from search which they believe would make the Haven experience worse for other users.
Links or other references to illegal listings in the social feed will be removed. Posts with pornographic images or graphic violence will be removed.
The OB1 Company will remove any social posts which they believe would make the Haven experience worse for other users. Spam, bullying, abusive and/or hateful behavior are not tolerated.
How to Report
Both social posts and listings can be reported to us from within the Haven application. To report a listing, click on the ellipses on the top right corner and select “Report Listing” from the menu. Choose an option for why you’re reporting the listing, and add a description if you choose.
To report a social post, follow the same process as the listing and click “Report user” from the menu.
Reports will be seen and addressed in a timely manner, but the user making a report from inside the application will not receive correspondence about it.
You can contact us at Haven@ob1.io to report on content, as well as report intellectual property infringement.
How to Block
By blocking other Haven users, you will no longer see the listings of social posts they create. You can block a user by navigating to their page, clicking the ellipses in the top right corner, and clicking on “Block User.” You can block or unblock other users at any time.
